What forms of payment can I use to pay for my order?

The following payment methods are accepted for orders and Autoships:

  • Money Orders
  • Certified Cashier's Check
  • Check by Phone (US Funds)

To pay using Check by Phone, please contact Member Services for assistance.

How will my products be sent to me?

We offer three (3) convenient shipping methods for you to choose from:

  • UPS Ground Service
  • United States Postal Ground Service
  • Postal Priority

Transit time will vary dependent upon the shipping method and destination, but generally, your products will arrive in seven (7) to ten (10) business days.

How do I place my order(s)?

Orders may be placed online, by phone, mail or fax. For online orders to be considered part of that month's volume, the order must be placed by 12:00 am midnight on the last day of the month. To order by phone, please contact Member Services.

Mail orders may be paid using:

If you encounter a situation that might merit a return, please call Member Services. New Vision offers a 100 percent money-back guarantee (excluding shipping and handling) for one (1) full year on our diet systems and wellness product lines.

Questions about Autoship Orders

Can I receive an automatic order every month?

Yes, we offer a convenient monthly Autoship Program. The available processing dates fall between the 1st through the 25th of the month. The payment is automatically deducted from the specified payment method you have selected. The program's main benefit is that you can receive a customized order at a predetermined time you specify each month. That's what makes the Autoship Program so successful!

Can my Autoship process every other month?

Yes, the Autoship program allows Team Members to design their own monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly product order. However, the available processing dates fall between the 1st through the 25th of the month. The payment is automatically deducted from the specified payment method. If you would like to create a bi-monthly or quarterly Autoship, please contact Member Services.

Can I place my Autoship on hold?

Yes, Autoship orders may be placed on hold by contacting Member Services.
